Hi. I recently had to have the motherboard and Video card replaced in my computer. I also had to reinstall eq2 afterwards. Since the work was done I get the following error after the launcher runs:G:/Live/eq2/framework/core/devices/Directx9 Render Device.cpp(1930)<img src="/eq2/images/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" />irectX error(D3DERR_not available 01940363. I've got Direct X installed as far as I can see. I'm not really great with figuring out this technical stuff, so I'm hoping someone here can give me a nudge in the right direction. I'll post the DXDiag also. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

You aer missing drivers for the chipset and for your video card. There should have been a cd that came with the new motherboard that has all th needed drivers. If you encounter this issue any further after installing your applicable video card drivers please follow the instructions located on the website below to download and install DirectX 9.0c (June 2010 version):<a href="http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=8109" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.microsoft.com/download/e...ls.aspx?id=8109</a>1. To download, click on the Validate button on the main DirectX page.2. Once verification completes, you will be allowed to download Direct X. Choose the option to save the file to your Desktop.3. Double click on "dxwebsetup" on your desktop, then follow the instructions.Once you have installed the DirectX 9.0c files please try accessing the game once again.
