Chala's Felwithe Mansion, Qeynos, AB

Leader Board: Chala's Art Museum and Theatre

Thanks all who stopped by the Gala at the Gallery - It was a fun time.

Rather than adding pic's to that thread I'm creating a new on for it figuring some people might miss the pic's being added. I'm not going to post pictures of all the art ~ there are 25 named art pieces in the place. Here are a few pictures....

That stage and Piano look just perfect for my bard, Slipps.

Slipps and her mate, Shink, did go to the Gallery last night, while they did not see everything, they intend to come back to see the rest. It was interesting to see player made art here, even if some of it had our pair scratching their heads IC'ly and the place is well done, very sedate and well spaced. Next time, they intend to bring their pup to liven the joint up... *grins*

Very nice, I recommend going for a look see!

I replied in the other post, but since this is the 'official' thread I'll reply here too

The museum is absolutely amazing! Everyone should see this, really! Such creativity. My favorite was the Tortured Souls piece. But I also really, really loved the Lavastorm one and the one that reminded me of Starry Night. They were all wonderful. The freestanding Sunburst and What Lies Within pieces were also really fabulous. And the center Rain Drops and stage! Oh, I could go on and on about the beauty. LOVE it!!

Gratulations,

this is the most creative usage of the Felwithe house I have seen so far. And I was stunned by the pieces of art displayed there. It is really Art and on this fine sunday morning it felt like a walk through a real life museum of modern art. My hubby and me went through talking about the pictures and sculptures trying to figure out what they mean and succeeded with some and with others were just baffled "what does the artist wants to tell us ?".

Really excellent place!

Greetings Mu!

Mind blown. It looks, feels and almost smells like a museum. There's just perfect balance between space and display pieces, and I'm at loss of words for describing the creative approach to the exponates themselves. You have a great talent and it is such a joy to look at your work, as always.

I rarely comment, but my wife forced me to look at this place. Very cool. It's a very well done museum!

This is honestly something I never expected to see. Much less to see it executed so masterfully.

This is a place that everyone interested in decoration and/or art should definitely see!

I definitely need to revisit it often too since there are just too many good ideas to take in just one go.

Excellent work, Bitsy!
