AA slider stuck at 50%?

<p>I used to make a character, level him up to level 10 and grind AA xp.  Although I have heard that the bar stays at 50 percent...is it right?  I'm wanting to make it slide to 100% AA and get my character up to a high AA level.  I hope this isn't true...is it only f2p or is also true with p2p? A little enlightenment on the issue would be appreciated.</p>

Only silver and free accounts have the slider stuck at 50%. Gold accounts can freely adjust the slider.

<p>I think on PvP servers the slider will stay at 50% until your are lvl 30 XP then you can move it up to 100</p>

Gold memebers can move it before level 30 but, the maximum you can take it to is 50%.</p><p>Free to Play toons cannot adjust it period. I'd honestly love to see this given as an SC item, I'd pay $10.00 just to unlock it on my Free to Play account(s).</p>
