This happens from time to time when I'm decorating and I usually just forget the idea and move on but I really don't want to this time. As you can see from my screenshots below. I have two dividers that disappear from view (top two horizontal).

However, when you go directly up to them, they show up. The code is no different then the dividers below them. These are being put in the doorways of the Everfrost Summer home. Any thoughts?

Try chaning your roll to 0.00. If that doesn't work try also changing the rotate to 89.95, since it's so close to 90.00 it might be freaking out.

Thanks for the response Neversea. I tried both of your suggestions. Unfortunately, it's still acting the same way. While at any distance from the area the two items don't show until you are right up on top of them pretty much. I almost feel like it's my computer rendering however I have had visitors tell me it does the same thing for them.

Are those the top of the dividers showing, or the bottom? If it's the top showing through (it looks like it from your pictures), try swapping them around so that the visible portion is the bottom edge of the divider instead. House items sometimes have a habit of randomly popping in and out if the anchor point's sunk into the wall too much or hidden behind something else, since the house thinks it doesn't need to render it because the item's "not visible". The anchor point for dividers is at the bottom.

I had the same when building my kitchen. Some items with the exact same N/S coordinates dissapeared when looking straight at them and reappeared only under a certain angle. I had to play with the N/S coords in my case (slightly increase bit by bit by 0.005 or by 0.01 even) so they were not exactly aligned with the others but it's almost invisible to the eye. Also play with your rotate (89.01 or even 88.95). Roll to 179.91 or 0.05.

It takes some trial and error and I ended up with some elements not having the exact matching coordinates than the others, but you barely saw the difference. I don't know what's causing this though. In your case it might be the height but for me they were all on the floor.

Thanks everyone! I took the advice of LaeliaJS and ensured the bottom of the dividers were showing, so started all over and picked them up and replaced them as follows which appears to have resolved the problem.
