<p>Are snare amounts going to be increased in order to combat the ridiculous speed on mounts now? I know this would pose a problem if players were in combat with each other, but maybe snares could land for different amounts depending on whether one's opponent is out of pvp combat or in pvp combat.</p><p> If not that, something needs to be done. As of right now, 60-70% snares wont even scratch the 140%+ speed of an opponent. This is even more broken in lower tiers, where snare amounts are feeble and probably only 30-35%. Coupled with evacs and leaper/gliders, you might as well give anyone riding a mount a perma immune button <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/0320a00cb4bb5629ab9fc2bc1fcc4e9e.gif" border="0" /></p>

I highly doubt it, something needs to be done but I do not think they are going to do this.</p>

However, it is still not enough because leapers/giders run at 60% speed on ground; this allows players to easily escape others who are in combat.</p>
