I think my question got buried in another subject...but will the DoV appearance mount be convertable? Like all the other mounts?

I sure hope we'll be able to stable our flying mounts when they are not in use

Just saying, if there are any motorized vehicles that go above gnomish tinkering skills, I will be highly disappointed. Nothing dumber in WoW than people riding motorcycles and dune buggies around...

I guess that is what it sounds like LOL. Now if they had a spirit griffon...like they do horses...that would be pretty sweet too.

Those are Goblish and Gnomish technologies that they graciously allowed their allies to have access to. If you want funky tech, just go to the Gnome-built tram between Stormwind and Ironforge...looks like something out of Moonbase Alpha (Space: 1999). Or Gnomeregan, where they tried to fight off the invading troglodytes by releasing the "coolant steam"...yep, they have nuclear reactors (or possibly fusion ones, but the gnomes that stayed got irradiated), and the Gobboes are poking about (with varying degrees of success) with space flight...co-opted by a sentient raptor.

Getting back to the original question posted way back when: "convertable"? You mean, like having it as just an Appearance mount, or perhaps the Equipped mount with something else overlaying it?

Uwk

I think they are refering to being able to turn it into a house item and place it like the other mounts ... *starts thinking about building a Flying mount rookery and wanders off to the carpenty table*

Unless a red name answers that, I fear nobody can answer that right now due to the NDA.... Once it is lifted though maybe someone can answer it.

I understand that you are just exercising your right to express your own opinion, but the one topic that Homeshow has always been clean of is the whole "WoW is a blight, EQ2 is better, yadda yadda" that infects a lot of other forums and channels.

Plenty of our members play/have played/intend to play both games. I know I have, and talk of one game being "bad" makes me uncomfortable. I liked the game. I like this game. Please end this line of conversation before it degenerates into a flamefest completely off-topic to the original post.

Let's try to keep Homeshow clean of hate and bile please. Focus on the good, and pretend things you consider bad don't exist Pretty flowers, puppies, kittens, unicorns, houses, and maybe torture chambers acceptable though!

On topic: I doubt we will hear anything until the NDA is lifted, as Kahlef said. It would be nice to know, though...
