i really like the plushies you can buy from the chronomancers after you complete the task you pick up from them. however they all have their name floating over their heads, and i really, really hate that. the label just ruins them for decorating. what are the chances of getting the visible label removed from them? after all if someone wants to know what it is they can right click and examine. right? would it help my cause if i baked cookies? i make the BEST chocolate chip cookies EVER. fer reals. and pie! i make excellent pecan pie!

I totally agree with you, the names are annoying, although i did manage to get rid of them... I put them on shelves then place a vampiric mirror infront of them. The solid one , not the wispy one, and poof! names dissappear. this is a quick fix but it hinders where they can be placed. I don't think they need to have names over them, we earned them, bought them and placed them, we know what they are. If anyone else wants to know they can examine it.

Yeah, I put mine on display behind vampire mirrors as well. I also noted that some of the new house items that have clear "glass" or water also hide the names, such as the steam lord tapestry, the quicksilver vase, and possibly the sumac cabinet, although I don't recall for sure about that last one. But if you experiment you can find ways to hide the names and display them attractively.

Here's what I did with mine:

i do not want to be limited to placing them behind other items (some of mine i'd like to place in my garden area), so i'm hoping the devs will get rid of the labels *crosses fingers*.

Unfortunately the labels are tied to how they designed the plushies. They are actually a stationary npc, not just a plushie, hence they are not resizable and come with a label. It would be nice to have some option to turn it off, other than F10 or hiding behind something though .

I agree with the original poster, but I'm really glad you all posted your way of hiding the names! I have a multitude of chronomage plushies, and wanted to make a museum of sorts, and now I know how

Ahh, this subject again. I remember a long time ago that this subject was brought up in the past, and I think it was said that the names are part of the plushie graphic itself and can't be removed or something like that. Either way, this isn't the first time the issue has been brought up.

I must agree with the OP, those names are a pain.

But THANK YOU very much Eveningsong, at least I now have an idea of how to hide the names. I never thought they could be hidden

/agrees .. being a complete plushieholic i loved the quests to get all the lovely little guys but now they are just sat in storage boxes when you display that many of them the text becomes more than annoying .. would be great to have the text removed .. perhaps replaced with a popup of the plushie name
