Will the bardchanter multiple group buff mechanic be revisited?

<p>Wasn't looking forward to this last time it was proposed but I am debating switching my raid main back to Dirge.  I remember that some buffs were not going to be included in this change so 3-4 bards was still optimal but all the same was hoping to get some developer feedback.</p><p>Thank You</p><p>Salbain - The Awesome (TM)</p>
