<p>I have on a number of occasions used my credit card to purchase in-game items from Sonyeq. I have always had a pleasurable experience doing so in the past. Thank you for that.</p><p>Now on no less than 5 occasions since late last month, SONYEQ has accepted my credit card (on file with Sony Online Entertainment), debited my bank account with the transaction, and then denied my EQII subscription with the station cash merited.</p><p>I am asking for a resolution to this matter. I wish to purchase station cash. I have the funds available with the credit card on file, and if possible I would like to take advantage of the limited time offer Sony is offering to all of its customer base regarding the Two-for-one sale on Station cash wallet purchases (I.E. buy ten dollars USD get 2000 Station Cash) which expires tomorrow November 9th, 2010.</p><p>Edit: Also I tried opening a support ticket and received an UNKNOWN ERROR (Html showed a question mark on the page) and it did not allow me to submit the ticket.</p><p>If A ticket needs to be submitted I would ask the forum moderator to do so for me or PM me with e-mail contact info to send manually, thank you.</p><p>Edit II: (As per another post Im found with this suggestion) I also checked and updated my mailing address with the credit card on file at SOE to make sure it reflected what my bank showed exactly.
