NERF TOUGHNESS ALREADY SHEESH!

<p>What in gods name are the developers waiting for, they know there's a massive issue with toughness gear and people being almost unkillable yet they do nothing!</p><p>At the moment the whole BG is becoming less and less fun. You see wardens with full toughness gear simply stand there and spam heals without ever running out of power and barely get touched.</p>

<p>The idea would be to add a stat to PvP gear that negates toughness, but have it on PvP gear with low toughness. Give people a choice between being hard to kill, or being better at killing.</p>
