Where is my PvP / BG potency?

<p>Hi peeps,</p><p>I have just about got a full set of lvl 90 BG gear now after much grind<img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> My potency from the BG merchant gear however all seems to be missing.  The BG gear I have plus one piece of PvE jewellry I have should give me 70% potency. Howvere when I zone in to BG I only have a pitiful 13 potency shown in the Persona window (this is from the PvE Necklace).  This is not just a glich in the Persona Window it accurately reflects the spell damage range if I hover over my spells in my hotbar or Spell Book. I have also noticed a significantl decrease in DPS as I have got more gear despite surviving m,uch longer.</p><p>Am I missing somthing here?  My dps as a Coercer is already limited - and while I can survive a bit longer with all the toughness and and crit mit - I cant battle my way out of a paper bag!!</p><p>I have petioned and reported as a bug - but is anyone else having the same problems?</p>

<p>Pvp potency won't show up until you're actively engaged on a pvp target, I believe. I'm not sure if that means it won't affect your first hit, though it is a pretty large hit for doing things like casting wards before engaging someone.</p>
