<p>ok here is the best option for pvp right now...imo</p><p>REMOVE pvp immunity from open world..</p><p>     only places with immunity is inside the cities and Guild Halls/Homes</p><p>REMOVE the ability for Greys to atk Reds in pvp</p><p>     its BS the amount of dmg they can do to someone as much as 10-30lvls higher and total BS the leeching it causes..we have PVP Brackets for a reason..and atking outside that range up or down is BS...or alteast fix it so its almost impossible for greys to land a spell or CA on the Reds..just like in PVE..</p><p>ADD OLD FAME SYSTEM BACK BUT TWEAKED</p><p>     You lose fame on death TO ANY TITLE that kills you, the lower thier title the more fame you give them..</p><p>     You gain fame from killing ANYONE no matter the title, the higher thier title the more fame you get off them.</p><p>the title bracket of losing or gaining fame was a joke..made NO sense for a Champ to kill an Overlord and get nothing...</p><p>ADD MORE TOKENS TO WINNING WFs</p><p>    Sorry its just BS that if one side wins they get same tokens as losing side..there has to be more for winners to help produce more pvp...NOW as far as the MORE Qs than FPs, lets fix that by allowing people to exile over to FP for a short time say run it a month and if u xfer ALLLLLLL the way to FP you get to keep all your Masters/ADept IIIs...</p><p>and lastly TBH remove BGs from pvp servers, its total BS..but doubt this one will happen lol</p>

<p>I dont know I dont play a low level, but if a grey wants to come humor me by making the mistake to try and leech from me, go ahead I have no problem padding my kill count 1 or 2 shotting a grey.</p><p>Iv never died to a grey on any toon either, so I wouldnt ever have a problem with them being able to attack.</p><p>Whats wrong with you? Did you get rolled by some locked greys and rage quit for a few hours? Reset combat mechanics to basically any point in history pre sf.</p><p>2. Assasinate the pvp writ givers.  (any reward system should generate the same amount of reward per dead player whether they are killed by one person or 30, not magically generate rewards for everyone nearby)</p><p>3. Remove any and all rules which prevent anyone from attacking anyone else at any time unless they are in the same group or zoning. (you are atleast safe in your home, assuming you lock the door...)</p><p>4. Destroy the Bg server with a sledgehammer (and video tape it please). <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/908627bbe5e9f6a080977db8c365caff.gif" border="0" /></p>

<p>Just being curious: When did they change that you get no credit killing a grey that attacked you first? I know that it has worked this way.</p>

See my the EQ2's PvP panace thread linked in my signature for information on such a thing (Part 1, Section D).</span></p><p><span style="color: #ff0000;">If the fame system is reformed to exist as it used to, with fame loss on death, you SHOULD NOT lose fame to every single rank.</span></p><p><span style="color: #ff0000;">The hunt is what made it interesting, and without the restricted ranges, titles will be too easy to get, or evasive cowardice will simply be rewarded too much.</span></p><p><span style="color: #ff6600;">Though, of course, I agree with your ideas on immunity.</span></p>

<p>I think toughness and resistance consolidation should be looked into tbh. My PVP DPS shouldnt have went down this expansion, it should have skyrocketed. There are so many more procs and increase damage aa's as well. Last expansion where i could hit someone non crit for a 1.5-3k shrill due to crit mit, i thought was fair. This expansion i hit people for a 900 shrill Crit. It's really unfair, tbh.</p><p>Mages shouldnt have the ability to parry so much either, and have the mitigation amount that tanks have. I just died to a necro because he parried stifle 2x and my ranged auto attacks hit him for 400 dmg or so, or missed.</p><p>I dont think you should be forced to wear pvp gear to compete, either. Sure it makes sense, but if thats how it has to be, it shouldnt strip all of my DPS that i have left away from me. I can keep raid/instanced gear on and kill some people, and get 2-shotted, or i can put on PVP gear w/ toughness and not kill anyone, but not die either. It has to do with toughness and resistance consolidation.</p><p>I also believe that Predator's Final Trick should be looked into, because 40% crit bonus can pretty much nullify someone's critical mitigation. It should be changed to a small crit bonus or potency increase or something, i dont know really because i dont play that class, i just know that buff is stupid OP.</p><p>I'm sure some people won't agree with me, but i know alot who will. <p>Yeah, the gray mafia needs to go, Ok, maybe not make it impossible for them to attack reds, but no more kockbacks, roots or whatever CC.</p><p>And a big no to the old fame system. Game's full of runners who jump you get slapped and run, because the current mechanics allow them to just take off into the sunset and cry on the chat to get a friend to come help, he runs too. So no, not unless they fix the running.</p>

<p>dont make it so greys cant attack reds. just make it so greys cant get any credit or chest drops off reds. that would stop leaching, why leach if u dont get anything?, but still allow greys to fight a red. ive killed reds one vs one before, in some zones the lvl limit on pvp isnt that great, and it can be fun to see if u can kill one one vs one.</p>

<p>i havea couple of issues regarding a couple of those changes</p><p>the first is the pvp imunity being taken out completey there are far more qs than freeps on the server and especially that compete in the WF's anyway and it will end up that no one will do they just cos it is giving free updates to the qs and being ganked over and over again, i think a better solution would be to kick to character select anyone who stays in imune for more than 10 mins and that would also stop people holding open cl3 and ant3 for free tokens,</p><p>the second is the change back to giving more tokens to the winners: going back to the first point of the population way outweighing in the qs favour, it will just end up even more freeps joining the qs untill in the end there will be no one for the qs to pvp anyway, i for one when the WF's came out made myself a pally on the q side becouse ther was just no winning for the freeps and that will happen again im sure</p>
