Legionnaire's Conviction still broken on pvp servers!

<p><span >Legionnaire's Conviction when used in pve combat on Nagfen only does the reduced pvp damage on encounter. </span></p><p>Any ETA on when this will be fixed?</p>

<p>Stonewill procs also remain broken on the Nagafen server. Even in a pure PvE environment they still only ward for half the amount that they should.</p>

<p>Still no word on a fix yet for this if it was in the list of stuff getting fixed with the GU I didn't see it.</p>
