View Full Version : 49 days, 7 hour reuse timer on spells.

<p>I was 2 boxing my Conj and Warden in splitpaw yesterday when almost all the spell icons for both chars went dark. They all had the same reuse timer of 49 days, 7 hours.</p><p>I had no idea that when Halas went live that Wardens and Conjs got damage upgrades so big that they require so a long reuse timers.</p><p>I'll post the damage amount when the spells are ready to fire in late July.</p>

<p>my partner had this issue yesterday as well. his SK had a few spells on such a timer, but it was only a display bug in the end, he could use his abilities like normal</p>

<p>Every single time I go LD and log back in my timers are like this, after a few minutes they fix themselves however, so I just wait around until they do. </p>

<p>Iv had it happen before, after using the spells again the next time it correct it self.</p><p>The reuse timers were all normal just the display was incorrect but after you used them again they fixed themself atleast for me.</p>

<p>This happened to me as well yesterday. I dont know what causes it, but i do know that you can still click the hot keys. All I did was grab a training dummy and rifle through all my CA's and spells and they fixed themselves. buffs can be done without of course <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

I suppose you are the new "tactical nuke" class.</p>

<p>Last time I heard about that issue months ago, If I remember, we were told then that it was related to their anti-botting technology that was incorrectly (one would assume) triggered.  Don't know if it's still the same reason however.</p>

<p>I was in Icy Keep with a raid the other day and after a wipe on one of the names, (I forget the name.. the one with the eggs that hatch adds) everyone's timers were set to 49 days, 7 hours.</p>

<p>Used to see this on Sslatch in Emperor's Athenaeum every time we would fight him (At least 1 of us would get hit with it). I cannot remeber which debuff it corresponded to, but there was a specific one, and we'd have to watch for it.</p><p>To get around it when it occurred -- if still in that state at end of fight:</p><p>1.)Start combat with new mob</p><p>2.)double trigger the ability on the hotbar (Tap hotbutton twice)</p><p>3.)timer would reset to normal reuse countdown.</p><p>I put a bug in for it way back for that fight; but this appears to be the same thing...</p>

<p>Ive had this or something similar cause a raid wipe and almost cause others because my spells all grayed out and it scewed up my heal rotation figuring out its a display bug.</p><p>didnt have time to bring up tool tips to see the reuse, because i was too busy following everything else while searching for a non existand detriment.</p><p>considering my playtime it appears to be very rare.</p>

<p>This is usually caused by network error it is due to the fact your client is out of sync with the server. A connection was lost for a moment. They are still usable regardless of the greyed out and after a few moments, zone or after you use them they will reset.</p>

<p>Its always fun to see this bug,its like an old friend its been around so long,as others have said it clears itself in no time usually so its doesnt really bother me that much</p>

<p>I just had this today for the first time... never seen it firsthand before.  Happened to my lil' baby SK in DLW, on Mistmoore.</p><p>I didn't mind the part where her CAs / spells weren't cycling right... but the part where the DoT from the mob (up in adverse effects) said it would last for 45 days... that was a problem.</p>
