Can we get Time Warp to give off a message when it lands on someone. This would enable to people to make a trigger, so they know when they get timewarp, and allow illys to make timers for it. Maybe

You start to shift in time...

Char01 starts to shift in time..

or anything really.

Time Warping is not something you should consider lightly - there are always unintended consequences!

The way it goes is the illy casts time warp on someone, five seconds later they get the message about time warp and it activates. The problem is that time warp is so short that to make good use of it you really need to know that it's on the way, so most illies send a tell with the original cast to let you know, which is annoying when it gets miskeyed or whatever. It'd be convenient to get a message from the game instead or just be able to parse it since it seems this five second delay was built precisely for that.
