<p>Ive seen a few items, like Dreadnaught Cloak, that are better if you buy them from the BG merchant then if you buy them from the open world pvp merchant. The stats look the same but, like on the cloak, its not. The PVP merchant cloak has 2 crit chance, the BG version has 8 DBL attack.</p><p>Is this intended?</p>
