Has anyone received the promised Battlegrounds Cloak yet?

<p>I'm only asking because no one I know who play tested BG's has received the promised Cloak yet.</p><p>We were supposed to get the Cloak when <em>Battlegrounds</em> went live, but no one I know has gotten it yet.</p>

<p>I have /feedbacked it as well.  I haven't and don't know of anyone that's got it either.</p>

<p>It hasn't been entitled yet.  Yes it will be very soon.  The department that handles this particular sort of situation has been swamped under with another project.</p>
