Necessary change for token merchant on non-US servers

<p>With the current player base for the UK, French or German battlegrounds it is virtually impossible that there'll ever be a x4 match, even an x2 is unlikely.</p><p>For this reason the token requirement for battleground gear has to be changed on the non-US servers. The only available tokens are the Klak'Anon cogs, so the merchants may not ask for anything else.</p>

<p>I can sympathize with low populations for sure... Maybe another thing they could do for those servers is to lower the required people for those zones? Maybe make ganak 1 group vs 1 group and smugglers 2 groups vs 2 groups...</p>
