OK really liking the battlegrounds, but I have a few questions for the PvP vets (or newbies who know):

1) My current strategy is to spam my group heals, especially Hibernation and Untamed since they are fast casting heals. It actually does OK when the group stays together. The problem, and I guess this is a problem with druids in general is that our heals are mostly reactive and I can't do much (other than precast Hibernation) to protect myself or my group before going into combat. Is there something I'm missing?

2) I'm usually public enemy #1 to the opposing team. No complaints there, I would target the healer too. But is there something that the Tank or other players can do to pull other players off of me. I can't do much but lol when my Tank is saying "HEAL DRUID" and I'm faceplanting because the bruiser or assassin has taken me out!

3) OK, I know my role isn't to DPS, but is it OK for a druid to get off a Thunderbolt every once in awhile. I can usually hit folks for 25%-40% of their life if they don't have PvP gear on!

Thanks for all helpful replies. As for those inclined to non-helpful replies, please know: yes I need to L2P that's why I'm asking!

your tank should be taunting. most taunts actually lock targets. meaning if im killing you and i get taunted by the tank i will be stuck targeting the tank for the duration of the taunt. your group should also be sticking together. if your group is not sticking together i wouldnt worry too much about healing the noob scout or mage that runs off thinking they can win the instance on their own.

as far as healing, im not sure what a furies best strat is because i dont play any healer classes.

Most Pally's from blue servers I have noticed too don't know amends in PvP should be put on a healer since it force targets to them when the amends target is hit.

3) OK, I know my role isn't to DPS, but is it OK for a druid to get off a Thunderbolt every once in awhile. I can usually hit folks for 25%-40% of their life if they don't have PvP gear on!

If you are struggling to heal at all in a group, then don't nuke, unless the group is working to spike the other groups only healer, because once that healer goes down the rest should fall like Dominos. Otherwise, Keep everyone cured instead of heal.

Thanks for all helpful replies. As for those inclined to non-helpful replies, please know: yes I need to L2P that's why I'm asking!
