Thought i'd open this can of worms and i'm curious of peoples opinions. So pick a class and state why.

Pally:

I have just seen a pally from Nagafen (RRiotx i think his name was), literally camp the spawn point in a 12 vs 12 almost by himself. Granted the dude had 5 pieces of PVP armor but damm we had a entire group wailing on him with no effect. Wether this was due to the class, gear or the player even i'm not sure but that was hands down the most impressive display I have seen by one class.

Ohh and awesome work SOE on allow spawning camping, thats genius!

They weren't interested in winning the game (though obviously they did), they wanted the kills for a quest or something? The pally was stupidly difficult to kill, he was carrying the flag and just stood there at our spawn point and killed everyone.

I think crusaders in general are a bit op'ed. With the deperessingly low damage from melee hits and their spells doing hella damage, going tank to tank is just way unblanced with em. The pallies heals do more healing than they could possibly take and the sk's damage shield actually kill me more than I hurt them. Damage shields should not do more damage than the direct damage that is coming into them. The whole spell vs melee damage is a bit off kilter, every time a predator attacks me it's a bit of a giggle because I it's like a flea bite, when a sorcerer attacks though it's a whole different story, I have to chase em down and try to chain stun em so they can't get anything off at all, if they get even a single spell off I'm done. Both are T1 dps, but the advantage that spell casters have now is just insane. It's a shame when a bard can over dps a predator. Spell damage needs to be fixed really before I can call anyone OP.

I have noticed quite a few of the tanks from pvp servers feel pretty invincible. I did notice, however, that once I hit em with all my defensive skill debuffs it made a difference. I play a brigand and we debuff defensive skills just about as good as we debuff mitigation.

SK's and their Bloodletters.

Its pretty crazy for BG pvp.

casters in general. Half the time they can just drop a tank or melee dps class before they are even close.

Bards they can run the flag and not even be caught

Tanks can target lock and make it almost impossible for healers to heal

Healers can keep those [Removed for Content] groups alive forever.

oooooooooooo wait i guess we are all a little OP in our own way huh...go figure

There are 5 Kings of PvP that have benifited most from the broken mechics.

1. Shadow Knight - Nearly unkillable, with high unresistable dps, lifetaping heals, can reflect spells, can snare

2. Pally - Amost as good as SK, invincible against melee classes, good dps, good heals

3. Warlock - With full temps they have the potential to drop a whole group in one second

4. Wizard - Can oneshot anyone at the same time they are pretty hard to kill

5. Conjurer - Their DPS is up there with warlocks in certain fights but they are easier to kill

* Runner up: Both Clerics for being the best healers

** Biggest Loser: Both Brawlers completely screwed over by resists and damage shields

The pally thing I talked about was hands down the most blatant example I could think about. You see good players and certain classes and you wonder but this was so insane I had to mention it. One pally in 5 pieces of PVP BG armor simply decimating everyone, the dude was taking on 4/5 people at a time at the spawn point and not once did I ever see his health get below 30% before he healed himself. Maybe a gear inbalance who knows but to me it stood out by far out of the 100 odd BG games I have played.

Similar topic, i've yet to see Assasins do well in BG, anyone else notice this?

Debuff their defenses and interrupt their skills, crusaders will go down. Yeah it's pretty ridiculous that it still takes around 4 people to burn them down, but they do go down.

It's the enchanters that I don't like. Stun, chained into a daze/silence combo, then mez until skills refresh and do it again. Enchanters can take anyone down without ever giving them a chance to retaliate.

Rriotx isn't just any Pally he probabliy is the most feared/hated on all of Nagafen. I am sure his reputation will spread to all severs now.
