My voice chat works fine most of the time. But quite frequently others hear my voice as choppy or borken up. 1 min later it is fine again, then it breaks again a few mins later.

Any suggestions?

I am also on this server and I have this problem as well. I was told it was likely my wireless connection. Thus I purchased shielded cat6 cable and trudged up into the attic to 'hardwire' my computer to the router which is a good 65' away. Alas it seemed to help but I still have the choppiness issue. My motherboard has sound on it but I disable it in favor of my Audigy 2 soundcard. I have new/updated drivers. My connection is cable (Time Warner), we have two computers on the router but only mine plays EQ2. I have carbonite as onine back up but I disable this while I play. I have no anti-virus running in background. I am running the following system..

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400

4 gigs Corsair DDR2

EVGA Gforce 260GTX core 216 w/ 896DDR5 ram on it.

Win XP Pro...

My connection reads 100MBs via the new hardwired cable.

I still have latency issues. It varies from 800 to 1200 ms. I live in Ventura CA. When latency is very low I seem to have solid voice chat. Howver when my toon is moving or fighting my voice cuts in and out badly. Is there some troubleshooting I can do to help with this issue for you guys?

Thanks much
