<p>Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you the Conjuror, Trahynas--once a proud member of the Thex family. </p><p>Trahynas was one of the few, one of the "Queen's Nine," an elite group of Koada'Dal rigorously trained in the art of magic, and tasked with protecting the King and Queen at all costs. Just as his training neared completion, the King fell, and the agents of Mayong Mistmoore began to whisper to his people of rebuilding a "pure" race of Koada'Dal, of isolation and blind devotion to the idea that nature could be transcended. That the "first children of Tunare" were destined for greatness.</p><p>Trahynas was the first of the Nine to object. He was also the first to disappear...</p><p>Centuries later, during the Age of Destiny, Trahynas was returned to the Shattered Lands, another body washed up on the shores of the Isle of Refuge. Weakened and reclusive, he began working to renew his strength, to relearn the knowledge he'd lost.</p><p>Today, he is no less mysterious. An imposing figure wrapped in cloth and steel, Trahynas speaks very little. Concordium scholars whisper about the nature of his garb, a style similar to that of the legions of Mistmoore Castle. Does he now carry the taint of Mayong? What ages-old laments swirl behind that mass of steel and cloth that envelops him, that forever keeps him from the light of day? Why does he fight for Qeynos?
