Character transfer token not showing up in market place

<p>I when to buy a character transfer token from the market place under services and it does not show the only item under services is race change potions. How do I buy one if its not listed ?  Thanks.</p>

<p>Your character must not meet the minimum requirements.  There is a level limit and account age limit.</p>

<p>I'm level 80 and my account is 5 years 10 months old.</p>

<p>I think your account also has to be setup for recurring billing.</p>

<p>I'm in the same boat and I've purchased the tokens before.  What gives? I don't see it in the marketplace at all now.  More specifically, one of my characters can see it, and two of my characters cannot.  All have repaired gear, nothing on the exchange, all on the same account.</p><p> Why would one toon see the token and the other ones not?</p><p>I've got over 6 year old account and on station pass no less.</p>
