I posted this in Support, but as I suspect from peoples empty questions they asked weeks ago, It doesn't get much traffic... So if a Red Name wants to move this, fine, but at least answer my question as you move it please

I did a digital download of TSO when it was released and have just installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 onto my computer. Does anyone know how to redownload TSO onto my computer, since I dont have the DVD for it obviously...

It was my first time doing a digital download and my first time reinstalling new operating system without an actual DVD in my hands to reinstall the game with.

Any help would be great

Anything you don't have a disc for, it will just re-download through the patcher.

It'll take a long time, but you will end up with all the content that's activated on your account.

Go to the EverQuest II website.

There is a link to start a download for the full game.

If you have your old directory, you can save yourself A LOT of download time by simply copying the directory to your new OS install.

But... without even one CD or DvD disc, if you download the Station Launcher or the EQ2 launcher and put in your current account, it will download everything for which your account is flagged. BUT, that download will take HOURS.

Check the Non-Disk Installation FAQ for links to where to download.

After you get it redownloaded, copy it to another directory than the one with your OS. If you ever need to reformat or reinstall, then it's just a matter of simply creating a new shortcut.

Just download while you sleep. When I woke up it was all downloaded.. not really that long, unless you use the old dial up.

If you installed EQ2 on the C Drive, check for a Windows.old folder, it'll be in there as Windows 7 backs up ALL the old files on C into that.

Greetings,

There are currently 2 versions of the patcher. The first would be the streaming client, available here:

http://everquest2.station.sony.com/...m?reinstall=yes

The other version would be the Station Launcher, available here:

http://launcher.station.sony.com/

Let us know if you have any problems installing with one of those programs.
