wow you did a beautiful job -the way you designed your treehouse makes it feel less like you are not hanging out in mid air.

Is this an escape from a south qeynos home?

Also, once layouts are back in game would you be willing to post your layout file so I can copy your hardwork?

Thanks.

It's an escape from a Freeport estate. (Mine being in the bottome of the Mage Tower)AFAIK, SQ doesn't have any visual sky once you break through the ceiling.

Katz wrote:

Do the items you put there count towards your total house items? And how do you get there? Do you mean use the escape skill or what?

If you want to break out of your house, you're going to need the teleport pads from the current spire event, they cost 20 tokens. (Go to pretty much any spire that wizards/warlocks can port to for the quests. Antonica, Commons, Nek forest, EL, Zek, EF, LS and LP..) Either use layouts to move the teleport pad outside of your home, or build your way up/out using them. It's easy to get out of Kelethin without layouts, you just stick one teleporter halfway through a window, then (in first person) stick the second outside. Then, jump down to a platform below. Some houses take a bit more work, but it can be done. You also need a house where there's some "outside." Houses like the six room in Qeynos will not work, as the windows don't show any outside, and there's no sky area or anything. I don't think going out the windows is possible, but with layouts maybe you can get to an empty space sort of area.. I don't really know. Houses like the Kelethin acorns which have working windows, and the Freeport six (or four) room, and the Qeynos four room also work since they have access to an outside area. So, in some cases you'll be going up to an empty sky, and you need to build what you want up there, or you may have some "ground" to work on. If you leave a Kelethin house, you have access to a large portion of an instance of Kelethin, for example. EVERY item you place counts, be it in your home or outside of it. There's no way around the item count.
