Cast/Combat Animations - What Healer Class is Tops (Subjective)

<p>Hello all,</p><p>From what I have seem on the EQ2 official and other EQ2 related forums, I see that the player base is extremely helpful and knowledgable. So, thank you in advance for giving me whatever advice you feel you would like to give me.</p><p>I know enough about my immersion factor in games and MMOs especially to be honest and state that the animations mean a LOT to me. On this seemingly superficial level, I am trying to figure out which class to play in EQ2.</p><p>Which classes overall have the most interesting cast/combat animations in your opinion?</p><p>I am leaning away from Warden due to the apparent overpopulation and low raid priority this class seems to have based on the metrics I have seen.</p><p>I am leaning toward an inquisitor, but I do not know for sure how "badass" the animations are.</p><p>Thank you!</p>

<p>Well, if your strictly looking for healer caster animations, Mystic has pretty cool ones... a cool lookin purple cloud billows under their feet when they cast, and the ward animations are cool too...   like a protective shield floats up and down over the person being warded etc... plus they have some cool "fun" spells, can turn into a little bitty snake or a giant beaver and you get an option to glitter on any of your illusions...</p><p>If you want the coolest (at least I think&nbsp<img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> out of all of the classes, I would say probably Illusionist ... Very cool animations during combat, lots of rainbow effects and the sort... etc.... graphics heavy though <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  lots of rainbow colored rain falling down, mesmerize effects yellow hammers flying at people etc...</p>

<p>Defiler's Defile spell is the coolest animation in the game tbh.</p>
