My gf's comp has been having this issue, the game plays fine sometimes and other times it literally runs in slow motion. I don't even mean like skipping, the video is completely smooth, but just in slow motion. I have it set running at pretty low settings.

System Specs:

AMD 4400+ X2

HIS 3870 IceQ III

2GB DDR2 800

XP Pro

That is about double "Recommended Specs", it's not a memory issue either, last time I checked system was only using 900mb or so while this was occuring. Any help would be fantastic!

AMD dual core CPUs can have trouble processing the game correctly at times. They will attempt to run the game code faster or slower than normal at times, giving this effect. In most cases it can be corrected by updating Windows to the latest version before installing the AMD dual core optomizer, available here:

http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/con...timizer_113.zip
