transfering character

<p>IS the chatacter transfer down? i have been trying to transfer a toon to my other account for a few weeks now and when i go to the link it gives an error. tried clearing the cache, firefox, IE and nothing will work.this is what happens <a href="https://secure.station.sony.com/eq2ctservice/TransferOrder.m">https://secure.station.sony.com/eq2...TransferOrder.m</a> </p><p> i emailed tech support and i got no reply from that either. any1 know whats going on with it?</p>
