<p> I recieved the email for the Promo codes for our copies wife, daughter, and myself. We had already pre-ordered so canceled them all and restarted as per instructions.</p><p> Each code had the same results invalid code. Not sure what the issue is, put the preorders back in place.</p>

<p>I haven't tried to redeem my code yet, still debating whether or not I want the retail version. That really bites if they're sending out invalid codes. =</p><p>My problem is that out of three LL accounts, I only got one e-mail. Are they doing slow rollouts of the e-mails?</p>

<p>Have any of you gotten your $5.00 coupon code for participating in the Living Legacy event yet? I have put off preordering the new expansion since I knew I would get $5.00 off. The details say it should come on or around November 3rd, so I am just wondering if I some how missed out or they haven't gone out yet.</p>

<p>I had pre-ordered already, but just got my code yesterday. So I canceled the old pre-order, and pre-ordered again using the code. The good news is that it accepted the code. The bad news is that it didn't apply the $5 discount. So, I have an email into support asking that they take a look into it.</p><p>I just hope that me canceling one pre-order and re-ordering with the discount code doesn't screw things up with their system somehow.</p>

I was in and check that SoE has the correct and verified email and they do. I also normally get the newsletters they send out.</p><p>I checked if the email was in the spam, but no email there either.</p><p>So far I have to assume I haven't received the code yet. I guess there is time yet.</p><p>But I do wonder when I should react in the missing code and where I can go for help.</p>

This did not make any scense to me at all. How do I apply the $5.00 coupon if I have already bought the expansion?</p><p>Maybe if I preorder the expansion they will send me the coupon and then I can cancel the preorder and order it again using the $5.00 coupon. If anyone does try to do it this way can they please let me know if it works.</p>

Both my husband and I are eligible to the coupon codes, he got his november 3. and I am still missing mine. Neither of us have done any pre-oder yet, because we are waiting for the code.</p><p>So I think those of us that are still lacking the codes, are missing them due to an error somewhere.</p><p>I have tried to send in a ticket, but the security on my Firefox goes bananas when I try. So unless I bypass the security warnings from Firefox, I have no way of contacting SoE CS by email.</p>

<p>In Internet Explorer I continue having a security error that prevents me from submitting a ticket, too, so it's not just FireFox. I'm very confused as to what's going on here--do we need the promo codes or is SOE just automagically discounting $5?</p>

<p>I've been unable to get the live chat or email support pages to display, so yeah, I guess I'm chalking this one up to a loss. It would be nice if they just re-issued all LL accounts codes; it's not like you can pre-order multiple expansions for the same accounts anyways. <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

I've been playing this game since launch and was VERY active during living legacy and I'm pretty sure I'm flagged, I mean I have the living legacy widget with my character. I also have TSO pre-ordered and I have not gotten any coupon or anything in regards to TSO at all. :<</p>

I know that my email address is correct, as I receive other emails from SOE just fine, and I have checked my junk email, it's not there.</p><p>I want to pre-order, but I need the coupon code first, What should I do? He mentioned it could take a couple of days. I will report back, when I get any news.</p><p>What does worry me is that he said he could not see my account on the listing he had for the promo codes. If I have the cloak and the LL promo pack, I don't understand why I'm not on the list.</p>

I added the site as a temporary exception (firefox) and could then bypass the security warnings.</p><p>If you use IE, I think there is a solution in this <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=435286" target="_blank">link</a>. I mentioned the problem on the support forums and a TSR guy was kind enough to answer. Perhaps this can help you, so you can contact CS.</p>

<p>Nope, that didn't work for me, but I finally figured out how to add it as a trusted site so that I could access it that way. I kept getting security certificate issues. Anyone else with IE should try that method!</p><p>EDIT: I just got done talking to the CS rep. He was very helpful, clarified which code I had and gave me my other two codes. If you're having troubles, go through the SOE chat, it was a painless process. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
