I am unable to aquire writs from them. I have asked my guild leader (about it) as I think it is an issue with permissions, however, he swears he has it set to visitor. So, is anyone else having this problem? I can obtain writs from anywhere except the Writ Agent in the guild hall, who keeps telling me I am too busy to do any work for him (yes, I checked my journal).

That means you have writs you need to finish, I know you said you checked but double check.. Actually an easier way to confirm it's working/not is go to the normal writ givers and see if they will give you any or if they come back with the response your too busy. If they also say your too busy, then again it points back to you having writs you need to finish.

I have checked at least 40x including half of my guild who has grouped with me to 'check' my journal (because they think I can't read or something).. I have even gone so far as to empty every quest I had except for my HQs as a few of them are in the process of being worked on. Trust me when I say I am absolutely positive I do not currently have any writs. As I said.. I was able to go to EVERY writ giver for my faction and accept ALL of the writs possible (and again, yes I dropped them all to try to get one from the Writ Agent). The problem as far as I am concerned is still permissions. No officers or the guild master himself is willing to demote themselves to try each permission. I figured this would have come up by now. Also, even if for some bizzare reason I have a hidden writ.. it would simply be 1 writ (2 absolute worst case scenario). That would still leave at least 1 faction that should give me a writ. I am sorry with as many people that have checked my logs and quests I have dumped. We have not missed 3 faction writs. And I have gone to all writ agents (Gorowyn, Freeport and Neriak) and they have all given me writs.. if as you say I really do have a writ.. how the hell are they giving me more? Also, could anyone besides Ohiv answer me, as he clearly has a problem with reading comprehension.

I will freely preface this response by admitting that I have not purchased this amenity and used it...However, it was my understanding the the Kunark Adventure Writ Giver only gave writs that for Kunark related zones. So, my only guess would be that you either don't have the RoK expansion... or you don't have a toon with a high level to receive RoK writs (approximately level 65+)... but I could just be crazy...

That seems plausable (higher level, currently level 4 although I do have RoK installed. In fact now that you mention it this would seem to be the most obvious answer as I do believe his name states Kunark Writ Agent (or something similair, I am currently at work). The reason it is working for all officers and most members of the guild is because they are all for the most part level capped. I know a lot of the NPCs that are placeable in the Guild Halls are nameable by those placing them. I just never gave his name and description much thought. Thank-you for your answer, as I believe this clears things up considerably for myself and anyone else this happens to.

That's enough of that. Don't post asking for help, if you're going to belittle and attack the people offering it.
