GU49 live date?

<p>Do we have any indication of a live date for GU49?</p><p>There are still a few things I would like to test through and would be nice to know just how long we have so I can prioritise.</p><p>Also, will there be a GU50 before TSO? or is GU50 going to be TSO?</p>

That should give you at least another week to test what you want.

Lol, I know that feeling.  My server just ounlocked the good side on Friday I believe it was..  Evil came in on Sunday if I remember correctly.  I have been scurrying about trying to get my 7 characters done.  I dont want to think back and say, I WISH that I would have done this with all of them (Like I have been the past few years with the earlier events...)

<p>With an update this "Big" i'm betting they are going to be double checking every square inch of the update 3-5 times.  They could update tomorrow, but I highly doubt it since some people will still be trying to finish up the seeress murder mystery quest.  </p><p>It may go live next week, but i'm doubting that as well.  </p><p>Guildhalls are supposed to be one of the most anticipated things in EQ2.  I'm betting the devs want to make sure the update goes as smooth as possible.  Personally though I anticipate "lag" as the system gets tweaked/tuned/acclimated to 100-300 guilds buying T1-T3 guildhalls.  </p><p>I really hope that lag isn't extreme and T3 guildhalls work out as planned.  This way the developers can up the item limit of the guildhalls especially the T3 version from like 1500 to probably 3000. </p>

Kirstie posted that there wasn't a planned update between GU 49 and TSO.  On the basis of no information at all, I'm betting next week for GU49.  Or maybe that's wishful thinking since I still haven't solved the murder mystery on my main.

<p>Since we're guessing anyways I'd say update on wed Oct 8th for LU49 -- and there will be an LU with the expansion launch if history is any indicator... of course they did release all prior expansions on a Wednesday so who knows what they are up to this time with a Saturday launch (bad idea if you ask me)</p><p> Anyways, back to the LU.  Considering they just 'accelerated' the live event for the evil side on sunday, and the fact that there are a half dozen quests after that orb gets filled...  I'd say advancing to the next LU on wed morning is a bad bet.</p>

So it looks like GU49 will be live after the servers come up at 11am. Really looking forward to this new update with guild halls, live events, XP changes, dual core support and more. Wowzer!
