Why do I keep getting emails about username retrievals? And why can't I log into the support website? My Computer keeps saying that the site has been hijacked. Has someone hacked my account?

Emails about game password hijacking are phishing attemps. Delete them unread.I'd stop right now and do a thorough antivirus protocol on your computer -- simply reading those may have unleashed a keylogger trojan on your machine.I recommend following the very good protocol at Major Geek's Malware Removal.Once you are through with that, can you log into EQ2? If not, you may indeed have had your login info hijacked. If that's the case, you WILL need to contact SOE Customer Support.
I also keep getting an email for request to "retrieve the Station Usernames associated with this e-mail address" notice that i have not initiated. Its a ID retrieval not password. I did a through scan and.. nothing. The mail with my info removed:Username(s) RetrievedFrom: <a href="mailto:

That's exactly the same email I got. I've gotten it twice now. And once again when i try to log in to the station support website, my computer won't let me, saying that The Security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address. The last time I got that error message was when someone Hijacked one of my Favorite author's websites and I kept getting redirected to a [Removed for Content] site. Atleast that's not happening this time, thank goodness!

/agreedYour best bet is to just delete and ignore. make sure you chage your accounts and email accounts passwords, just as a precaution though. If you have a non yahoo/hotmail/gmail or other free address, I would suggest using one of those.

I'll change my passwords, but that still doesn't explain why I can't log into support. Any idea what is up with that?
