View Full Version : My account was mysteriously cancelled, when I reactive my character is gone!

<p>I've been playing the 14 day free trial, and about 5 days into the trial I hit Level 20 and found I needed to "subscribe" to EQ2 to continue. So I subscribed, bought the All In One RoK bundle, and subscribed with the monthly subscription. I was then able to play another few hours and got to almost L22.</p><p> Well now two days later, my account has "expired". So I checked my past history payments and the All In One bundle nor the $14.99 subscription were showing, so I just bought it all again, this time on a different credit card. It reactivated my account, but when I logged in, my character is not there!</p><p> can someone help?

Be sure that you are looking on the correct server for your character.Also edit out that log in name pls ASAP!EEEP! I just noticed that you may not be able to edit.... I will report it instead....nevemind...  I se ethat you could edit it.Check your server to be sure.  Other then that, I would suggest contacting Support tomorrow if you still cant get in...

Hmm I don't think it lets me select a server, and my quick select character is not shown. It takes me to the Create Character screen as if I have a totally new account.

Try going to character select.  If character does not show there, create one to see what servers you have available.You may be on a different region.

<p>Ok tried that no luck. The only way I could get to Char Select was to create another char on my server (Butcherblock), then log out of the game to Char Select. When I got to Char Select, my L21 Coercer is not there.</p><p> I'm starting to get very concerned...what now?</p>

You should PM me your station name so I can look into this for you.

Remember folks, please purchase the subscription on 1 account and make sure you are logged into the proper account before moving forward with the purchase button.Having multiple accounts, while being awesome, can cause confusion especially if the station names are nearly identical.

Ahhh that was where the confusion was.....  Glad to hear that it was sorted out!  They are on my server too *wink*

Well it hasn't been sorted out yet, but I have talking with a live chat guy. Trevor I didn't log into the wrong account - I only have the one!
