Better 1-Hander for a Ranger?

I would like to know which of these 2 1-Handers would be better for a ranger. Is the Additional STR on Anaphylaxis going to increase DPS more than the +10% to poison damage and the 15 INT on the Dirk?Or is there a different 1-hander I should be looking at that is as easy to obtain as these, ie tradeable, or quest reward, or instance.  Esentially non-raid obtained.<img src="http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/examine/-1407295719" border="0" alt="" /> OR <img src="http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/examine/724758519" border="0" alt="" />

You can get Maestro's Flame, which drops off the lv75x2 in Castle Mistmoore who is on an 18-20 hour respawn timer.  He is located on the balacony above the Vanquisher.
