As far as I know, cap for Mana and Life reg is...

Level x 3

From this, 75% by buffs and 25% by equipment.

Meaning 240 cap on level 80, with 180 for buffs and 60 for mana.

Very easy to reach with a chanter or bard in group. The items that hava PROC go over and above this FT limit. If something wil proc 2 times a min for 200 power ... that will be on top of your FT. If you have 10 proc items all can proc, but some may overwright each other. My bf has 3 different procs for power ( 2 of each ) on his Mystic and does not run out of power no matter how fast he spams heals or debuffs.

I need to check but I didn't think it was called Flowing Thought anymore, just plus in-combat power regen. So it wouldn't make sense to wear 10 items with +10 in-comabt power regen?Smog

defo not, some ok like 2 or 3 so you have some base regen when you are oop. but items with increasing power of caster by X on hostile spells or so will benefit you more over time.

yes, there is a cap for in combat power regen, its very low, with chanter + bard you are pretty much there. which leads to the following, dont bother with +in combat regen items, get items with power procs instead.
