Transfer a toon to a new account - account validation problem

<p>I am trying to transfer one of my alts to a different account on a different server (AB to LDL servers) I fill in all the information, including the name and password on the other account but I get the message "There is a problem with your account validation"</p><p> Any suggestions?</p>

Are both of the accounts in your name?The information for first, last and email need to match perfectly.
