Upgradted my Opteron 180 system from a 7950GT OC to a Gigabyte HD 3870.  The card, performance-wise, was a nice boost.  However, I have noticed memory-leak like symptons, for lack of a better term.  Log in, performance is fine, with added eye candy like shadows and particle effects I wasn't able to use before.  As time goes on, within 15 minutes or so of logging in, performance decreases, eye candy magically disappears, and sound corruption presents.  By sound corruption, I mean delayed sound, broken record-like repeating, etc, until the game is rendered unplayable and requires either a restart of the game or a full system reboot.I have always played with no pagefile.  I have tried using a system-managed pagefile, and I have also tried a static pagefile on the C: drive.  Neither have solved the problem.Upon installation of this new card, I noticed it asked me to install additional drivers for the HD audio feature, something I was unaware of prior to purchasing the card.  After rebooting, I noticed I had no sound and had to disable the ATI HD Sound feature under device manager in order to get my sound working normaly.  Just this morning before work I ran Windows Update and it found an ATI HD Sound driver, which I installed - I haven't tried playing the game since then, however.  I have a feeling it won't help.  What could this be?
