Fury 2 piece VP set is still broken

The 2 piece bonus on the Dark Tempest (Fury) set from VP has been broken since they changed it. It's supposed to add a second heal to Autumn's kiss (group regen) but does not. Please fix it already!

Yes, this is definately still broken. The spell description changes when 2 items are equipped, but the added heal bonus doesn't actually apply. Please fix this so we actually have a working bonus for having 2 set pieces.
