<p>I have been trying to get a month's subscription to EQ2 recently and although I have more than enough money in my bank account and my debit card is current and active, I keep receiving a message saying that they could not process the payment.</p><p>Any ideas what is going on and is there another way that I could get the time? I don't want to have to go buy a pre-pay card...I like using my bank account to do this.</p>
