It's now adding +CA damage to your CAs instead of base damage to your CA.

Basically this means if you're a Bard or some other class with a bunch of low damaging CAs and you already have 400+ CA damage, the Blood-Thirsty Choker will add nothing to half your CAs because you are already capped in CA damage. I tested this multiple times.

Can you please fix the CA damage to base like it was before it started getting changed a week ago?

Thanks!

PS. Spells are fine and it's adding base like it should.

It's adding CA in the exact same way it always has. The only change was that the amount of CA was accidentally increased, and then subsequently fixed.

It appears to be working correctly now. I have no clue why it was doing what I described a couple hours ago.

Thanks for the response.

You know Xalmat if you didn't live more than 5 miles down the street I would throw something at you. Thanks for clearing that up

Your +Combat art damage is throwing off your results. Strip down to 0 combat art damage, and swap between choker, and a 20 STR neck item, and you'll see that it's nearly 100% accurate. To be precise, it's within about 9 damage of 10%, which is about right considering you're losing 15 STR going from your old neck to the choker. The choker adds Base damage, before combat art mods are applied.
