I have been trying to figure out just which setting effects the the distance at which you can see cloth simulation? I have been messing around with a Warden the last couple days and I would like to be able to see the leather move when she moves. The problem that I have is that my hotbars get in the way so I have to pull away from my character a bit to be able to see her whole body. Once I get so far, the simulation stops.Which setting effects that distance? I have Cloth simulation checked.

Render Distance is one option. I think there is also a slider for character detail you might tinker with.

Here's an odd thought... have you considered using the letterbox option? Your stated problem is that the hotbars obscure your view or your character. By using letterbox you can shrink the viewable area, leaving a black bar at the top and bottom (like a widescreen movie viewed on a non-widescreen tv). The black areas are adjustable so you could arrange your hotbars within the black, leaving your character unobscured. The downside is that your viewing window itself is vertically smaller.

I started using this recently because I got tired of my hotbars being in the way when I wanted to click something on the ground (harvesting, shinies, etc).

When I adjusted them, my character's feet and legs were obscured by the letterbox, just like they would be there was no letterbox and only had the hot bars.Thank you again for the suggestion!
