Greetings. My end goal is to do some duo Dungeon Crawls for loot and fun. I have done this with an SK (39) and Fury (39). In my opinion this has actually worked very well, very few deaths, Named mobs weren’t too bad and the SK tap heals really helped to preserve the Fury’s mana, thus making them last a for a good amount of time..A friend wants to play a Zerker. Would a Zerker/Fury combo be as good/better/worse at this as an SK/Fury combo? Especially as we progress to higher levels.Pros? Cons?I appreciate your wisdom.PS (this will get posted in both (Sk/Zerker) forums so that I can get opinion from both sides)

In all my experiences a zerker/fury combo works out great. Some things that work better than a SK/fury are...

Both classes have incombat health regen... while that's still a really [Removed for Content] ability, they do stack and it does help the fury heal a little better so they can spare time to help dps.

The Str/Agi buff the fury puts on the zerker... not only is Str their sole main buff(while SK has to rely on Str/Int combo), but that buff has a chance to proc haste and dps, which also stacks with berserk. Most of the zerker's dps comes from auto attack so that's a HUGE thing to have in a duo.

i have to concur, the zerker works very well with the fury. Power should not be an issue either.

Well, so far this combo is working out amazingly well. I am taking my time with leveling so locked exp and am harvesting AAs. I have taken on some pretty tough heroics and multiple heroics groups and lived. My main issue that I have to learn to do better at is the Zerker aggro generation. There are times that when the Fury over-nukes I simply cannot get that aggro back, but I guess it is all about learning I hope that I am not biased but so far it seems the Zerker is doing better than the SK was at this point. We shall see.

You don't need to level lock anymore, since you can earn achievement points off of grey-con quests now.
