I downloaded Rise of Kunark All-in-one, from Direct2Drive, and all is well until i attempt to actually install it.

10 seconds into the installation it asks to insert disk 1. Ive been to THEIR troubleshooter but it just says not to have a CD in my drive. I -dont-, thats the problem.

So.. if i cant find an actual solution to this here: I activated all the expansions etc and have an old, old copy of the game. If i install the base copy and log in with an account that has everything activated--- will it automatically download the expansions, patches, adventure packs enabled to my account?

Thanks. This sucks.

Wow, thought it was just me. I did a search on the baords and didnt see anyone else with this problem, so I assumed it was me.

I couldnt get part 1 to unzip, so I ran the .exe from inside the .zip file. I got the same error as you. Kept asking for a disc.

My solution? There is an EQ2 installer around here somewhere. All you have to do is download it, sign in and let it do all your updates. I know, its a pain in the neck, but youve already paid for the account and got your key via email. As long as youve registered, you should be good to go.

I was very furstrated because the D2D download took forever, and then I had to redo it all again with the installer. It was worth it though.
