Cheap EQ2 video cards?

are there any video cards out there that are cheap, that would allow me to play smoothly on balanced settings?I have a 128mb radeon 9600 right now, and can barely play on extreme performance.

<p>lets see what the rest of your system looks like....if you still on agp vid card a 7600 gs from nvidia isnt to expensive....</p><p>i use that card on a 4+ year old system that now that i have turned off particle effects can now run with textures set to max and still get 20 to 30 fps in game.</p>
