Visible quivers when?

i am returning to the game and was wondering...with rok was expecting visible quivers....yet nothing =(

Why were you expecting visible quivers with rok?  I think it would be kinda neat if it was a RANGER ONLY (AHEM devs...) kinda thing, but I wasn't under the impression they were coming with RoK at all.

<p>I wish.... Lord of the Ring online, did a nice job with visiable quivers and you can actually see the bow slung across your back when not in use. It's pretty sweet.</p>
