T8 STIFLE BROKEN IN PVP

<p>Stifle length progression in PVP</p><p>8 sec (16 Overwhelming Silence)10 sec (30 Speechless)12 sec ( 44 Mind Drain)14 sec (58 Drain Thought)<span style="color: #ffff00;">8</span> sec (72 Drain Consciousness)</p><p>Something is wrong here... clearly it should last 16 sec, according to the previous progression. Probably bug, no way that the end-game stifle for dedicated CC class can have the same length as assasins' one.</p>

<p>I've just looked up coercer's T8 stifle spell on broker</p><p>Absolute Silence (72)</p><p>As expected, it has 16 sec duration in PVPSo it's only our stifle that is broken</p>
