One on one fighting... wizard.Multiple targets + more defense against melee gankers= warlock.

for 100% i say wizard! iv been owning easyile amlost all classes in t6 as an wizard. and in t7 all scouts, are easy. bruiser isint hard to win. monks are a lil harder,. healers will become more harder than in t6, plate tank always easy if you keep em on distance,Hartsialvl 70 wizard on nagafen.

yes those are good aa skills, but what comes for solo,, Longer casting times,not as massive single target damage as wizard,no evac...

<p>Clothies as solo PvPers is an acquired taste, to be sure, but I'd echo what others have said--for one on one burst damage, Wizard is the way to go. I love my Warlock but IMO 'locks are best in a group, even a small one--having a tank and a healer makes a world of difference, and your AoEs generaly disperse your damage a bit too much to take down single targets rapidly. That's especially true for healers--scouts simply evac--because Druids in particular can outheal your DoTs and burn down your Manashield at the same time, if they're good.</p><p>At higher levels the abilities Wizards have to knock you back makes up for our ability to teleport you away, especially if you get attacked around NPCs you don't want to agro (you know, those nasty triple-up non-agros that seem to always get caught in a Warlock's AoE <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />). </p><p> But group on group, Warlocks are a hell of a lot of fun.</p>
