I have had it to the full extent with sony. I am sure you have as well. You have invested so much time into this game. You don't want to leave your friends and start over.

I know how you feel.

But look at it this way -- I would rather die on my feet than live on my knees.

We are cowardess to soe's oppression. We have to all stand up against them. This is a petition for a game-wide STRIKE against SOE to fix their problems.

After enduring your Star Wars Galaxies fiasco, being banned from everquest 1 for trying to get some of my friends STOLEN ITEMS back ( took almost a year to get that cleared up and unbanned ) and now the constant crashes from the MEMORY BUG (6 month old 47 page unanswered thread stickied just out of spite for it's customers) the pauses due to crappy coding from eq2 developers (8800GT), the worst possible customer service representatives on the planet and now being unable to log in to my account for well over 2 hours because of some MORE crappy coding.

Someone finds a temporary fix to the memory bug. You tell them you will ban them if they use it. ( All you do is make the program allow more than 2 gigabytes of your ram to be used... )

All you do is belittle anyone having a problem and talk circles around them in order to avoid the actual issue at hand. When hundreds of other customers say they have the same problem on a completely different setup (hardware/OS) you tell them they are "derailing the thread."

I am cancelling my account and never touching a sony online entertainment game ever.

This is a constructive post. Everyone should constructively cancel their subscriptions to everquest 2. It would constructively cause soe to rethink their approach to the community and possibly I dunno, rewrite the code, put out some patches that actually matter for TODAYS everquest 2 problems.

I suspect you will delete it though, promptly. Alot more promptly than any customer service representative would ever help a customer. You guys are quick to cover up your mistakes but way too un-motivated to actually FIX your mistakes.
