So, you heard that GU41 and the Frostfell event are on the Test server, have you? And you are hoping that Mum has the lowdown on it? I bet you are hoping for information on new furniture that artisans of every type can craft. Maybe even some new clothes for a festive holiday look? Perhaps you are just hoping for more hints on dishes that you can get to adorn the table(s) in your home? Thanks in large part to our very own graphical goddess, Kaisha, who has rescued you from having to deal with fuzzy screenshots taken by Mum, we can give you all that, right now. Yep, the EQ2Traders Corner GU41 Preview is up and ready for your drooling pleasure! Enjoy!{passes out for a nap in the corner}

Kinda sad to see that some of the 2006 stuff was discontinued. Would be nice if the frostfell ones had an identifier on them saying HOLIDAY

I directed my youngest daughter to that preview and next thing out of her was that she can't wait for Frostfell. She's our Guild's tradeskilling fanatic...and I think right now the excitement has made her pass out. heh

Whoops! Seems I forgot to include any mention of the changes to mastercrafted armor stats. I'll leave real number-crunching to those more suited to it, but I've got up a few down and dirty side-by-side comparisons of changes to mastercrafted cloth, leather, chain and plate for folks.No rest for the wicked (yet), Powers! I've got several things still to get out of the way before my EQ2's-day appearance tonight! Maybe I can nap through the day tomorrow?

Just a couple quick updates for those who haven't checked that collection of info in the last day or two -Frostfell harvests now stack to 200 instead of 10 ... wheee!!The harvesting quest now wants 100 actual food harvests from dens and shrubs (actual meaning that if you harvest 5 meats, for example, your quest is updated by 5, instead of a single virtual update). Foodstuffs harvested for this quest will not show up in your inventory.Snowballs stack to 100 (ok, so that wasn't in my guides, but still kinda neat!)

Thankfully, they yield 2 on a pristine combine, so there will be less agonizing over which members of the alt-army get some for their homes!

The hanging lanterns are beuatiful. Definately my favorite. When do we get to see those reindeer as mounts or house pets?
