Sarnak Betrayal and Faction

I finally took my Sarnak Fury out of Gorowyn, and I've had a devil of a time betraying.  In Kelethin, I couldn't do the betrayal quests because the first requirement is learning Faerlie, and two of the NPCs in that quest (both merchants) wouldn't speak to my Sarnak.  As it was, I had to move to Freeport first, because there's no way to betray from Gorowyn.I finally managed to betray to Qeynos, but I think the faction may be bugged.  I only have 13,000 faction with Qeynos after completing the betrayal, and unless I'm mis-remembering (which is entirely possible), completing the betrayal should put faction with your new home city up to Ally.Is this broken?  And if so, how do I fix it?

<p>This is my first post, please excuse errors.</p><p>Learning Faerlie:  While in TD on Mok Rent one of the quests was to collect some windhowler reeds from a beach.  While doing so I was attacked by a lvl 17 windhowler Siren.  Upon her defeat she dropped a fabric patch.  When examined it gave a language quest to find and kill Norrathian faries.  After dispatching numerous other Windhowler Sirens on the same beach (they continuously respawn) I had collected all 6 or 7 patches required and other various loot.  At that point the quest was completed and I could understand the sirens gibberish.  Could this possibly mean that I can understand Faerlie in Kelethin?  I have not verified this yet but hope so and that it might help someone else.</p>

I solved the Faerlie thing by betraying to Qeynos, now I can learn Faerlie because the fae no longer hate me.But what about faction with Qeynos?  I'm doing the Kelethin faction quests now, and I find it odd that when I've finished, my home city won't like me as well as Kelethin will.  Unfortunately, I deleted my only other character who betrayed, but I seem to recall getting better faction than a mere "Amiable" at the end of it all.  How do I fix my Sarnak's faction with his new home city?Also... why was this moved to the Quests and Live Events forum, when it's about a combination of gameplay bugs and issues?
